ESG Materiality Assessment – A First Step in Reporting

The EU's SMEs will be required to report on sustainability in 2026. Reporting seems far away; however, the sooner your company plans to meet CSRD, the easier it will be when the regulations go into force. By 2026, all SMEs will be requested to report on sustainability obligatory or voluntarily.

Thus, the next two years will be an opportunity to learn about all the elements of sustainability reporting, including CSRD, ESRS, ESG, IROs and many others.

Reporting can bring your company regulatory compliance, cost savings, market differentiation, innovation, a resilient supply chain, competitive advantage, and access to capital, to mention a few.

In the upcoming years, more than 50,000 companies in the EU will be required to comply with the CSRD.
